What is my target heart rate zone?

Your target heart rate zone is:

  • A recommended and estimated range of how fast your heart should beat during exercise.
  • Generally stated as a percentage of your maximum heart rate.

For example, the target heart rate zone for moderate intensity exercise can be quantified as 64% – 76% of your maximum heart rate.
