Follow your plan

  • Substitute your old behavior with new behavior that supports your goal.
  • Use your list of alternative solutions when obstacles arise.

Make time to achieve your goal

Make small, continuous improvements in how you spend your time.

Remember, you have to make time to achieve your goal. If you’re looking for time, you won’t find any.

Use your support team

The team you recruited in Step 7 wants to help you and see you succeed!

Maintain a supportive environment and remember to be your own support.
