One of five characteristics of a SMART goal.

Specific describes a goal that includes enough detail to answer as many of the following questions as possible: Who? What? When? Where? How?

For example, I will walk on my treadmill for 30 minutes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning at 8:00 this week.
