High blood pressure.
A condition in which your blood pressure is chronically elevated above normal or optimal levels. It has been elevated on two or more occasions over time and is generally defined as having a systolic blood pressure of 140 mmHg or higher OR a diastolic blood pressure of 90mmHg or higher.
You may also have hypertension if you are taking medication to lower your blood pressure.
