Contemplation definition

The second of 5 stages to permanent weight loss.

In this stage, you are thinking about changing your current behavior but you aren’t ready to do it yet.

You are experiencing conflicting feelings about change. For example, you may have reasons for wanting to start an exercise program, but you also have reasons for not wanting to start an exercise program.
