1. Salt
The technical name for salt is sodium chloride

2. MSG
MSG stands for MonoSodium Glutamate

3. Baking soda
Baking soda is pure sodium bicarbonate

4. Baking powder
Baking powder contains sodium bicarbonate

5. Disodium phosphate
