Men

Approximately 100 ounces (oz.)

  • This is about 13 - 8 oz. glasses of water.

Women

Approximately 75 oz.

  • This is about 9 - 8 oz. glasses of water.

    These recommendations are for adults who get little physical activity. Your body needs more water when you exercise or live in a hot environment.
