  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup cooked dry beans or tofu
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ ounce nuts or seeds

What kind of meat products should I eat?

Beans can also be counted as part of your vegetable intake. However the same serving cannot be counted in both food groups.
