How long do I have to do aerobics to lose 1 pound (lb)?

It depends on how much you weigh and the type of aerobics.

Below is an estimate of how long you’ll have do different types of aerobics to lose 1 lb.

Low impact aerobics

  • If you weigh 150 lbs, you’ll have to do about 10 hours of aerobics to lose 1 lb.
  • If you weigh 200 lbs, you’ll have to do about  7 hours of aerobics to lose 1 lb.
  • If you weigh 250 lbs, you’ll have to do about 6 hours of aerobics to lose 1 lb.
  • If you weigh 300 lbs, you’ll have to do about 5 hours of aerobics to lose 1 lb.
  • If you weigh 350 lbs, you’ll have to do about 4 hours of aerobics to lose 1 lb.
  • If you weigh 400 lbs, you’ll have to do about 3.5 hours of aerobics to lose 1 lb.

High impact aerobics
