Perform any low intensity exercise that involves the continuous movement of your large muscle groups.

Specific warm-up
Perform a lower intensity version of the same or similar exercise you plan to do during your workout.
Examples:
- If you plan to walk at a brisk pace during your workout, warm up by walking at a slower pace (and/or at a lower incline if you’re using a treadmill).
- If you plan to strength train, warm up by performing the same exercises you’ll do during your workout but with lighter weights.
