Unfortunately, you can’t get rid of cellulite, but you can minimize its appearance.
1. Lose body fat
Eat healthy and exercise regularly to lose body fat.
How much exercise do I need to lose weight?
- People with less body fat tend to have less visible cellulite.
- The less body fat you have, the less there is to take on the appearance of cellulite.
2. Increase muscle
Strength train regularly to preserve and build muscle mass.
- People with more muscle tend to have less visible cellulite
- Weak muscles can contribute to the ‘bumpy’ appearance of cellulite. (Fat lies on top of muscle).
Despite tempting anti-cellulite products, no amount of massages, body wraps, creams, supplements, or liposuction have proven to effectively eliminate cellulite.

- What should my percent (%) body fat be?
