How to get rid of cellulite
Unfortunately, you can’t get rid of cellulite, but you can minimize its appearance.
1. Lose body fat
Eat healthy and exercise regularly to lose body fat.
- People with less body fat tend to have less visible cellulite.
- The less body fat you have, the less fat there is to take on the appearance of cellulite.
2. Increase muscle
Strength train regularly to preserve and build muscle mass.
- People with more muscle tend to have less visible cellulite
- Weak muscles can contribute to the ‘bumpy’ appearance of cellulite. (Fat lies on top of muscle).
Despite tempting anti-cellulite products, no amount of massages, body wraps, creams, supplements, or liposuction have proven to effectively eliminate cellulite. Anyone that tells you different is lying!
