How can I lose the fat from my stomach?

Perform aerobic exercise in your target heart rate zone.

Aerobic exercise will help you reduce your overall body fat. You may lose fat from other areas of your body before you lose it from your arms.

Contrary to what infomercials imply…you cannot choose where you lose fat on your body.

This is called the myth of spot reduction or the myth that you can pick a spot on your body and reduce the fat from that area.
